I'm Kathryn Felten

Strategic ArchitectI design systems that build worlds. For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and intelligent technology — helping founders and CEOs translate vision into durable structure. The kind that can be lived inside, not just presented. At the center of my work is coherence: organizations that can withstand pressure, and leaders who can evolve without losing themselves. My work is selective by design. Long-term. Built to last.

The Architect

I approach business as architecture.Every organization carries an underlying structure — how decisions are made, how power moves, how technology integrates, how leadership holds under strain. Most of that structure is invisible until it begins to fail.My role is to make it visible, then design it deliberately.Sometimes that means modernizing legacy companies navigating succession and structural reinvention.Other times it means working directly with a founder to design an operating model that aligns vision, systems, and emerging technology. In every case, the goal is the same: architecture that lasts.

My Work

My work is delivered through two primary spaces and formally supported by KF Studio, the legal and operational foundation behind each engagement.

Strategy House

Strategy House is a strategic advisory space serving legacy manufacturing companies navigating modernization, succession, and structural reinvention.Engagements are long-term, leadership-level, and tailored to the specific architecture of each organization.Visit Strategy House →

Architect's Chamber

The Architect’s Chamber is a one-on-one advisory space for founders and business leaders building emergent systems.Engagements are structured and time-bound, designed to bring clarity, operational coherence, and aligned decision-making to the leader and their work.Visit the Architect’s Chamber →

Whether advising at the company level or working one-on-one with a founder, I design structures that can be lived inside — systems that align vision, leadership, and execution over time.If the work resonates, you can reach me directly at the studio .
